1, light transmission method:

2, shim method:
Preliminary alignment, in the concave die cutter around the appropriate put some metal shims, shim thickness and unilateral gap value is the same, the gap is larger stacked more than two pieces, close the mold to observe to see if the convex die smoothly into the concave die and with the shims in good contact, if the gap is not even then you can knock the convex die fixed plate to adjust. This method is widely used in punching material thicker gap die and bending, deep drawing mold gap control
3、Electroplating method:
Is in the convex die working end surface plated with a layer of copper or zinc to replace the gasket, the thickness of the plating layer with the same gap on one side. The plating layer will naturally fall off during the use of the die and need not be removed. Electroplating method plating layer uniform, can improve the uniformity of the assembly gap.
4、Cutting method:
This method is to put a piece of paper of uniform thickness between the concave and convex mold to replace the blank, and then according to cut the paper around whether to cut off, with or without burr, burr uniformity to determine the gap, for checking and accurate adjustment of the gap
5, acid corrosion method:
Make the concave-convex mold into the same size, after assembly with acid will be a layer of uniform corrosion of the convex mold to achieve the gap requirements, note that the corrosion must be uniform, and to be cleaned with water.
6, process assembly method:
