What are the maintenance points of continuous mold?
The maintenance of continuous mold must be done carefully and patiently step by step, do not blindly engage in, due to the failure and the need to repair the mold should be taped in order to make inquiries about the problem. After opening the mold, you should take care of the tape, check the condition of the mold, confirm the cause of failure, find out the problem, and then clean up the mold before dismantling the mold. The force should be even when dismantling the mold. (I) Maintenance of convex-concave molds
1, convex and concave mold disassembly should pay attention to the original state of the mold, in order to facilitate the recovery of the subsequent molding, padding or shifting parts should be engraved with the thickness of the shim and make a record.
2、When replacing the convex mold, try to make the mold inserted into the stripped module smooth, and try to make the gap inserted into the concave mold uniform.
3, replacement of concave mold should also try to insert and punch clearance is uniform. For the shortening of the convex mold after grinding, it is necessary to add shims to achieve the required length. The effective length of the convex mold should be checked to see if it is sufficient.
4. Replace the broken convex die to find out the reason, and also check whether the corresponding concave die is chipped and whether it needs to be sharpened.
5、Assembling the convex mold to check whether there is enough clearance between the convex mold and the fixed block or fixed plate, and if there is a pressure block to check whether there is a margin of activity.
6、Assembling concave mold should be placed horizontally, and then placed on the surface of the concave mold with a flat iron block, knocked into place with a copper rod, do not tilt the force knocked in, the bottom of the concave mold should be chamfered.

(2) Maintenance of stripper plate
The stripper plate can be disassembled by prying it up with two screwdrivers in a balanced manner, and then take it out with both hands in a balanced manner. In case of disassembly difficulties, should check whether the mold is cleaned up, whether the locking screws are all removed, whether the mold should be stuck in the shadow of the damage, to find out the reasons and then deal with it accordingly, do not blindly dispose of it. When assembling the stripper plate, first clean the convex mold and stripper plate, add lubricant at the guide pillar and convex mold introduction, put it into flat, press it into place with both hands and repeat several times. If it is too tight, you should find out the reason (whether the guide column and guide sleeve are guided normally, and whether there is any breakage).
